Founded in 1997 at the request of the
president of a Fortune 100 company, Keynote Consulting was
uniquely suited to fill the unmet market niche for translating
research to actionable strategy objectives, and vice versa.
Over time, Keynote's services have
diversified to meet our corporate client requests, including new
data generation, key initiative project management, and executive
level consultation. In addition, in response to the growing need for
case development research, we expanded our services to serve as a
resource for litigators at the key stages of trial preparation.
Keynote's principal J. Kevin Bokeno, has
spent his 25 year career helping organizations keep in touch with
their consumers. From Consumer Packaged Goods companies to Fortune
50 retailers to health care providers, Mr. Bokeno has made a
reputation for providing the insights that build businesses.
Additionally, Mr. Bokeno co-authored a treatise on Corporate
Communication Practices that has won international acclaim and has
been published in marketing research journals. He currently is
adjunct professor at Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School
of Management, teaching New Product Introductions.
Shannon English, Vice President of the Trial Consulting
